At TITLE Boxing Club Seattle SLU, we aim to honor the sport of boxing in the right way. Inspired by a true boxer’s heavy bag workout, our signature boxing class uses every part of the body. By teaching you not just how to punch but how to box, you’re guaranteed to get the best workout possible with us.

Each heavy bag workout combines the benefits of high-impact training and stress relief. Our authentic boxing classes incorporate skill and technique while keeping every workout fun. The full body workout will increase your endurance, breathing control, and ability to gain mental clarity.

Whichever boxing fitness class you choose, our Seattle clubs will get your heart pumping with a thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises, 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag, and strength work.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BOXING CLASS

Ramp-Up

Class starts with mobility drills, simple calisthenics, and shadowboxing before progressing into some HIIT: strength training, speed pushes, and plyometrics.

Bag Rounds & Active Recovery

The essence of our TITLE boxing workout takes place during the series of 3-minute rounds of bag work. You’ll develop your skills by homing in on the Weekly Boxing Focus and supporting Combo of the Day.

You’ll build your fitness level by pushing through speed and power shot burnouts. At the end of each bag round, you’ll enter some type of active recovery exercise to keep the heart rate up before the next bell rings: calisthenics, strength, or HIIT.

Core & Strength
