I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, instructing a wide variety of classes. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and help getting them to the next level. I like to bring some enthusiasm to all my classes and encourage all to enjoy every step in the journey they are in.

I started boxing when I moved to Minnesota in 2016 as an answer to the question, “What do you do in winter?” I fell in love with the sport and the workouts. I especially love that I am continually challenged, that there’s always room to grow, and that my body and mind are stronger for it.

Trainer/Staff Bio
I have been practicing Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing since 2018. I was a competitor in the 2021 Thai boxing association tournament.

Coach Adam has been with Title Boxing Club and has coached at multiple clubs in the midwest since 2011, training amateur and professional fighters along the way while also competing in the amateurs himself. Now, as a sport and performance psychologist, “Dr. Adam” brings an energy and awareness to the mind-body connection for members to get the most out of their workouts and improve their boxing skillset.

To help individuals recognize the autonomy and ability they have in making change for themselves and positively influence others.
