It wasn’t until after high school that Jose began to really get serious about working out. One of his best friends played football and unfortunately suffered an injury, so they began working out together in their spare time. Ever since then he’s never looked back. Jose played soccer for a couple of summers, but has mainly stuck to weight training. He has always been a huge fan of boxing, and one day he drove by the club and decided to check it out. Jose signed up right then and there. It has been one of the best decisions he’s made. Now, as a trainer, he wants to bring that same joy to other members of TITLE Boxing Club.
My personal mantra
Be the hardest worker in the room.
My training style is:

My why:

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My family and the people close to me. To make a positive impact on this world, and to have fun doing it. You only get one life!

I joined TITLE Boxing Club because I wanted to gain confidence. Now, I feel powerful and it’s a blast learning to throw a punch. This has been so much more than just a boxing class.

Great workout head to toe – cardio, muscle building, losing weight…it’s all right here. And the camaraderie you build with other members is second to none.

Workouts are fun and taking your stress out by hitting a heavy bag is awesome.
