Trainer/Staff Bio
Theresa has been a TITLE member since 2015. Being a regular “gym rat” she got tired of the same routine and found that TITLE offered her a new way to train. Boxing at TITLE has become Theresa’s go-to exercise for stress relief and provides a fabulous mental and physical workout.
My personal mantra
Slow and steady wins the race…. every time!
My training style is:
Transforming
My why:
From the moment I became a member at TITLE, I wanted to be a trainer. It is a fun workout, a family of friends, and a great way to help people. It is so fun to watch our members push themselves further today than they did yesterday.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
TITLE gives me the opportunity to push myself every single day. But, setting the example for my son that you can achieve anything if you just try, is what keeps me coming back every day.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Paul grew up active and playing sports. Like so many of us, he found it difficult to stay motivated daily in his 20’s and 30’s. Once he tried Title, he got hooked! He loved how the workout pushed him and made him want improve himself every day.
My personal mantra
Don't upset Maria!
My training style is:
Energetic
My why:
I hate running. I needed an alternative to running and once I became a Title member, I loved the experience. I loved the sense of accomplishment and exhaustion after a class so when the opportunity presented itself, I gave it a shot.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Taking care of the bodies we have been blessed with so that I can maintain an active lifestyle for my family.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Arsenio boxed for 3 years and ran track growing up. He has always enjoyed working out and pushing himself to the next level. Title is a great and fun way to get the results you seek whether it’s losing weight, toning up, or wanting to learn the basics of boxing.
My personal mantra
If it doesn't challenge you it will not change you!
My training style is:
Energetic
My why:
I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and showing them what they can really achieve if they put their minds to it.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Being the best version of me that I can be and a role model for my daughter.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Growing up, Chelsie hated exercising. She battled an eating disorder for years and when she did exercise, she never felt she had done enough. She was competitive and easily discouraged. The first time she tried a Title workout, she hated that too. She didn’t want to come back, but her mom, who had been a member for awhile, pushed her to try it again. That time, she fell in love. With every workout she felt stronger and more confident. Her goal stopped being “get skinny” and started being “get strong.” Title completely changed her perspective on more than just her body image. She wanted to be healthy- physically and mentally- and she wanted others to join her in the journey. She has gone on to pursue a boxing coach certification because of how much she believes in the workout. It truly changed her life and it can change yours too!
My personal mantra
Feel the fear and do it anyway.
My training style is:
Connected
My why:
I was a member for about a year before becoming a trainer. I loved the workout and the energy that each trainer brought to the room. I started working at Title when I was pregnant, assuming I would just work the front desk. When I was asked to be a trainer, I tried to think of all the reasons I couldn't do it. I was truly at my weakest, physically and mentally. I remembered our owner, Maria, training classes through her pregnancy and how inspiring it was to watch her rise to the challenge and conquer it. I didn't think I would have it in me to do the same, but my Title family was behind me 100% of the way. I trained classes up until 2 days before delivering my son. I'm a trainer to tell the person who feels at their weakest- feel the fear and do it anyway. You are a fighter!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My mom. She is a fighter, a surviver, and a conqueror. She has been an example of bravery and strength to me and my brothers. I hope to be the same kind of example for my son.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Traci has been a TITLE member since 2015 and finally found her exercise passion. Traci would run on the treadmill, lift and do various other exercise routines, but boxing has been the best mental and physical workout ever! This past February, Traci became a trainer and has enjoyed every second pushing members to be great.
My personal mantra
Don't complain about it, doing something about it!
My training style is:
Energetic
My why:
I have enjoyed being a member and decided I wanted to transfer my passion for boxing to others. I enjoy motivating people to be better.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My family and friends push me to be better.
Trainer/Staff Bio

My training style is:

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Three words: Tyler, Kayleigh, and Blayden. My children.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Growing up, I played basketball. I played until I was 18 years old and then I joined the United States Army. In the army, I was introduced to an entirely different level of physical conditioning. After I left the army at age 21, I went to college to major in Sports & Fitness Management. After college I managed a golf course for 8 years. I put on a lot of weight during this time and joined TITLE Boxing Club a few years later. I fell in love with the workout. I became a trainer after 8 months of being a member and lost 61 pounds along the way.
My personal mantra
“You may hate me now, but you will love me later!”
My training style is:
Heart
My why:
To get people to hit their fitness goals. The progress I made was amazing, and I want to help others do the same!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
After putting on a lot of weight, weighing 260 lbs, there were things I could not physically do. So I said, “NO LONGER.” I set goals for myself and hit them. I refuse to ever go back to how I felt at 260 lbs.
Trainer/Staff Bio
