Rebecca, originally from Chapel Hill, NC (Go Heels!), has been training/coaching Boxing/Kickboxing since 2015. After graduating from the Fit Tech Program at PCC, she worked at the UFC Gym as a Bootcamp and Striking Coach. Since then, Rebecca has become a training partner for both amateur and pro fighters. Her specialty is mitt holding and loves to push people with her heavy bag workouts. Besides striking, Rebecca has dabbled in BJJ and wrestling. Her newest adventure has been becoming a mom to a sweet baby girl. When she went back home for a few months she had the opportunity to Coach at Title Boxing Club CH. That is where she fell in love with TITLE’s class structure and members!

My why:
I wanted to be a part of TITLE because of the community/members! Having dedicated members who show up and give it their all, is what makes coaching so enjoyable. To help and encourage men and women who want to learn and challenge themselves.

Regina, AKA Coach Regie started kickboxing back in 2013. She had always been interested in martial arts, wanting to feel like the cool superheroes she saw on the big screens. After watching Black Widow’s debut in the Avengers film, the drive to learn combative skills was too much to handle. She started training with a coach in her garage. While she fought the bag, she also was fighting her own battles with self-esteem issues and major depression. From feeling like a failed cross country athlete and a short, weak kid, she transformed into someone who actually believed she could fight mentally and physically. Every new skill gave her a new sense of purpose and confidence. When the opportunity to coach others arrived, she decided it was time to help others find confidence and maybe discover their new passion. Three years of coaching later, and she’s happy to be surrounded by fitness masters and actual fighters at TITLE. She may not be fighting Thanos or training in the Jedi Temple, but she will help you fight whatever battles you want to face together!
My personal mantra
We all have our own power. What defines us is how and why we use it.
My training style is:
transformative
My why:
The feeling after discovering what you’re capable of is incredible, and everyone deserves to feel and experience that.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Ask yourself, “would I feel better if I took on and possibly overcame this challenge? Or would I feel better if I didn’t try?” Usually, the sense of likely victory wins!

Tara F.
I joined TITLE Boxing Club because I wanted to gain confidence. Now, I feel powerful and it’s a blast learning to throw a punch. This has been so much more than just a boxing class.
Kathleen I.
Great workout head to toe – cardio, muscle building, losing weight…it’s all right here. And the camaraderie you build with other members is second to none.
Daniel L.
Workouts are fun and taking your stress out by hitting a heavy bag is awesome.

I love this place! I had wanted to try boxing workouts for a while, but I was intimidated. I finally checked it out and I’ve been going ever since! Super fun and engaging workouts.
