Trainer/Staff Bio
I have incorporated boxing as a way to improve both my mental and physical health. I am a full-time special education teacher and have been for 8 years! In my younger days, I competed in Tae Kwon Do for several years. I began boxing on the bag several years ago and was a long-time member at Title before becoming an instructor. I am also a special olympics coach! Teaching is a passion of mine and I love bringing out the best in those around me through my positivity, energy, and motivation! I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.
My personal mantra
“good thoughts, good words, good deeds.”
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
I became a trainer at Title because of my passion for helping people become the best version of themselves both mentally and physically!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My fighting spirit outside of Title comes from my sister who has a diagnosis of Autism. Boxing together has truly brought out the best in her both mentally and physically, and I can’t wait to do the same with anyone who comes to my class!

Tori Nelson is a 13-time 4-weight division World Champion. Her success has been inspiring. With fans and supporters from all over the world, Tori has a magnetic personality that is felt by all who meet her. Tori was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in October 2022 during a formal televised ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As a humble woman who only stands 5’6, she may very well be small in stature, but her heart and passion are more than mighty. Nelson put her blood, sweat, and tears into her journey as a boxer. She says,
“If you want to be the best, you’ve got to fight the best. That’s all there is to it.”
Her World Championship boxing titles lend to her overall authenticity as an athlete with a heart of gold and the mental capacity that enabled her to persevere through all that life has thrown at her. She continues to be a woman who completely understands the benefits that come with following through with her dreams and goals until they are accomplished.
Being a single mother with two kids and holding down three jobs, Tori Nelson never fell victim to the many excuses she could have given herself not to go to the gym…instead, she made it a top priority with the understanding that to be mentally fit and prepared in life, one must also be physically fit with a strong mind.
Giving back to other women in her community who want to build a healthy body and mind is important to her. She leads by example and reinforces the importance of the mind and body connection that plays a powerful role in creating and maintaining measurable changes.
It takes time to get in shape and adopt an attitude of excellence, and Tori is dedicated to helping others reach their goals and beyond. She feels that anything is possible if women are given the right environment with the right motivation. Women genuinely run the world and she is going to let every woman who steps foot into her gym know that they are valued, appreciated, and worthy of success.
Fun Fact: Tori is a jokester! She loves to tell a good story and is truly a natural comedian. We all believed she needs to begin a comedy tour.
My personal mantra

Trainer/Staff Bio
At the age of three, I began Tae Kwon Do with my father as my instructor, and have been involved in the martial arts world ever since. When I was very young I found a huge interest in all things health and fitness and which perfectly paired up with my passion. At the age of 16, I transitioned into kickboxing and have recently competed in a few amateur bouts, and currently actively compete in both kickboxing and MMA. When I came to try a TITLE class I was taken back by how incredible of a workout it was and was immediately excited to begin my journey with TITLE. My goal is to share my passion for fitness as well as my knowledge of boxing.
My personal mantra
The secret to success is discipline
My training style is:

My why:
To use my knowledge and passion for fitness to help others achieve their personal goals.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My dog, cat, and dream of becoming a professional kickboxer.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Yes, I am a wife, a mother of an awesome child, and a Dental Assistant… but what I have accomplished for solely myself is becoming a Professional Boxer with an undefeated record. I have a total of 12 years of boxing experience. I have trained with some of the best in the world such as Tori Nelson (3-time World Champ), Shukar Stevenson, Jenny Forrester, and Jennifer Selenas to name a few. I have learned so much from them as well as others and I love being able to pass that knowledge on. Hence, why I have been teaching boxing for the past 10 years. Being able to help someone meet their goal, grow confidence, and fall in love with the sport as I have is more rewarding than any fight I have won during my boxing career.
My personal mantra
"Don't forget to have fun!" In doing so, you will discover how fierce you can be., how unstoppable you are, and that hard work becomes non-negotiable.
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
It is the one place where I can pursue my passion. It is more than just a fitness gym. It is a boxing gym with some boxing gym with some fitness included. Not the norm which is why I feel most at home.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My past. I have found that instead of running from it, embracing all the hardships gives me the push to build a better future.
