My personal mantra
“If you are not being challenged, you’re not growing”.
My training style is:
fun
My why:
I know what it feels like to be on the other end of the stick. I was overweight at one point in my life. I was close to 300lb. I was stressed, depressed, and pretty much gave up on life. Didn’t know what was the next step. However, once I surrounded myself with the right people to motivate and encouraged me and to hold me accountable, I conjured the strength to keep going. You’re environment is everything. I lost the weight and felt amazing. Since then, I’ve helped so many people become a better version of themselves mentally and physically. I love seeing the smiles and happiness on people faces. It brings me joy. Also, knowing you helped changed someone life, is “LIFE” itself.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Knowing where I’ve been in life, through the ups and downs, the journey, the process, the pain and hard work is all worth it. My family, friends, and people I helped achieve their goals, gives me the edge and the fight to continue to change lives. They push me beyond capacity. I’m grateful to be in a circle of people that holds me accountable and loves me to be the best version of my self that I can be. Not just for myself, also for others as well.
