Trainer/Staff Bio
Michael “McN” is a decorated, international multi-sport athlete who has had the opportunity to compete at some of the highest levels of sporting. In between seasons, Michael’s love for the competitive nature of boxing always brought him back to the ring. Being a tri-citizen to the Bahamas, Canada, and the US, he brings a unique experience to his classes having trained and sparred with amateurs all across the Americas.

“Championing the underdog” -- there is no greater reward than to actively support, advocate for, and empower those who are disadvantaged, less favored, or facing significant challenges.

Trainer/Staff Bio
James Kincannon grew up immersed in the world of boxing, thanks to his family’s ownership of a boxing gym. His early exposure to the sport laid the foundation for his lifelong passion and expertise in combat sports. James pursued his interest further by studying boxing and later expanding his skills to include Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and MMA. He became a certified personal trainer and a certified MMA conditioning specialist, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to help others become healthy and fit.
Additionally, James’ service as an infantryman in the US Army helps him bring a unique perspective and discipline to his students. His diverse background and dedication to the martial arts make him a well-rounded trainer for fitness, fighting skills, mastering technique, and self-defense.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Aaron is an Army Veteran and has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2007 and a Certified Nutrition Coach since 2020. Aaron has competed as an amateur bodybuilder competing at the national level, as well as an avid Adventure Racer and Obstacle Course Racer. When Aaron isn’t helping people become the best version of themselves or participating in a race, he likes to find new places to eat and be on or near the water.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
As a child I was sickly which prevented me from playing sports but once I joined the Army, I discovered what my body was capable of and ever since then I strive to improve myself every day.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Trinity is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach through AFPA, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo. Additionally, Trinity is a lifelong hockey player and competitive athlete, and still actively participates in leagues and training events. Outside of TITLE, Trinity is a Medical Sales Consultant and travels often for both work and pleasure. – “Interacting with people gives me energy and helps me learn more about the world, so I can better serve my clients and loved ones.”

Trainer/Staff Bio
Mickey Marsack is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, MMA Conditioning Specialist, as well as a licensed Professional Mixed Martial Artist and Boxer. Additionally, Mickey is a Caique Jiu Jitsu Purple belt with over 15 years of boxing, MMA, and fighting experience. He has held multiple titles including former Amateur 2015 M.M.P. Welterweight Champion, 2013 M.M.P. Lightweight Champion, 2012 W.K.L. Lightweight Champion, 2011 M.C.L. Lightweight Champion, and 2010 W.X.C Lightweight Champion, coming off 3 straight wins and a .24 second knockout! Mickey brings to TITLE a high energy class where he has a way of encouraging you to do more than you thought you could.

Cassea is a 3rd degree blackbelt in Tang Soo Do, a form of Korean martial arts. She is fierce and has a killer roundhouse kick. While growing up, Cassea dedicated 13 years to training in martial arts. Besides being a TITLE trainer, Cassea is a full time Real Estate agent with a growing business throughout the Metro Detroit area. She goes wherever her clients need her to go! Cassea has a passion for helping people, whether that’s buying or selling a house or hyping people up in the gym. She motivates everyone to be the best version of themselves.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. When you get out of your comfort zone, that’s when you grow!

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My fighting spirit comes from the fight I have within to push myself to the next level. I always want to try and be the best I can be, and I want others to push themselves to their greatest heights! You can do anything you set your mind to, you just have to believe in yourself and go after it with all that you have!
Trainer/Staff Bio
“Blessed Big Time (BBT). Righteousness of God.” Lonny is a Champion Boxer; he won the IBO Junior Middleweight Championship in 1993. He fought for 3 other titles: WBO Middleweight (a 12 round nail-biter of a fight), NABF Junior Middleweight and WBO NABO Middleweight. Lonny loves life, loves boxing and loves that TITLE has allowed him to teach his passion – BOXING – to individuals who would never have thrown a punch otherwise! Boxing is in his blood and you will see it in every single class he leads at TITLE.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Winning! And … fighting my way to the top in life and in boxing. I started boxing at the age of 12 to win a trophy. I fell in love with the sport and became a Champion Boxer overcoming many obstacles through years of hard work, blood, sweat and tears.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Erica is a special ed teacher by day and trainer by night. You can see her passion and talent in how she teaches her classes because she is patient and will take the time to teach you proper form and technique.
Getting ready for her wedding first brought Erica to TITLE over 5 years ago. She came to the grand opening of TITLE Canton and says it was love at first punch! She has been a loyal member and hooked on TITLE since then and her goal was to eventually become a trainer. It took a while, but she made it and loves it!

My fighting spirit comes from my love of helping others, no matter who they are! I've been teaching special education for 23 years and always fight for the rights of my students.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where he received his BSEE and MBA degrees. He currently works full-time for a high tech company and comes into the club on weekends. He discovered TITLE Boxing Club in 2013 and fell in love with the product! He is amazed at the physical transformations he has witnessed in the club and feels blessed to be a part of something that has changed people’s lives for the better! His hobbies are golf and working out at TITLE Boxing Club.
Alice is also a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where she received her BSN degree. She retired from nursing many years ago to raise her three children. As a nurse, she can appreciate the health benefits of what TITLE Boxing Club can do, from losing weight, toning, eliminating/decreasing the need for medications, and stress relief. She thinks the TITLE Boxing Club workout is the best ever and wants to share it with the community. She likes to travel and eat good food.
