Sometimes people need that hour to escape from the struggles of life, to leave it all on the bag, and it gives me no greater joy to help them achieve that.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
To be able to help people realize their full potential and to help them push past their own limits, all while having fun and breaking a sweat.
Trainer/Staff Bio
Growing up, I have always been very active. I was involved in many sports and activities. In my high school years, I competed with dance and later went on to teach dance to all ages. My love for dance influenced my new passion for weight training which led me to become a fitness instructor at many different studios for many types of fitness. Currently, I am studying Health Science with a Holistic Concentration at Oakland University.

To push myself along with others to become the best version of ourselves we can be.

Meet our Trainer Doug. He is a career athlete with a value for striving for greatness in all aspects. High levels of energy, smiles, and corny jokes decorate classes in the most professional way. Expect a comfortable atmosphere while training at a high capacity. A boxer and a kickboxer, he will insure your time here is well spent!

My why:
I use boxing to sharpen my mind and push my body past it’s normal bounds. It gave me new life when I used it to change my life, my goal is to show people they can do anything that their mind is set too.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
The willingness and the ability to make people realize there is more to them than what they see physically in front of them.
Trainer/Staff Bio
I have a love for fitness and nutrition integrating that passion into everything I do. I am a competitive bodybuilder – earning my pro status in 2019. I enjoy obstacle course races, participate in several running races (5k – 25k), and am a founding member of Title Rochester Hills. I love the energy we both give and receive from working out with others.

Being a mentor - seeing my kids look up to me and showing them how to be both mentally and physically tough.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to teach others what I have learned about health and fitness and help them meet their goals.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Knowing that there is always more to learn and room to improve. This is true in every aspect of life, and especially in the fitness world. The best feeling is when you achieve your goal and get to celebrate, but you can’t get enough of that feeling so you set a new goal that makes you work even harder.

To achieve the best version of myself I can in order to improve not only my life, but also the lives of those around me that I may impact. I have found boxing to be an excellent tool for fitness to preserve strength, promote stamina, and have a heck of a good time while doing it.

Seeing what I can learn and improve upon. There is always more to learn and do in order to achieve the best self.
